We got one price before demolition and that was the price at the end. The only change order was a beam the engineer asked for, and they showed us the photo before they did anything.
Same person from the first visit to the last walkthrough. When I texted a question at night I had an answer by morning.
They photographed the waterproofing before the tile went on and sent us the pictures. I did not know that was a thing to ask for.
The schedule was on one page and they hit it within a few days. Our last contractor never gave us one at all.
They told us the basement could not be a legal bedroom without lowering the floor, before we paid for design. Saved us a lot of money.
Clean site every day, which mattered with two kids and a dog living through it.
