We design it, price it and build it, so the person who drew the plan is the person on site when the walls come down. No hand-offs, no finger-pointing between a designer and a contractor.
How we work
Every project starts at your house with a designer and a tape measure. We draw what is there, then what could be there, and price it line by line. You sign one scope at one price before demolition.
Your project lead runs the build: our own crew for demolition, framing, drywall, tile, cabinets and paint, and licensed plumbing and electrical partners we schedule and supervise. You have one phone number for all of it.
Older houses hide things. When we find one, you get a photo, an explanation and a price on a written change order before anything changes.
