Home / Pricing and financing
One price, in writing, before demolition.

How the fixed price works
- Design is priced separately and in writing before it starts.
- The build is priced line by line from the finished drawings and selections.
- You sign one scope at one price before demolition.
- Anything found behind a wall comes to you with photos and a price on a change order. Nothing changes without your signature.
- Payments follow milestones you can see, not dates on a calendar.
What moves the price
- Moving walls, plumbing or gas
- Custom versus semi-custom cabinets
- Counter material and edge detail
- Appliance package
- What we find behind the walls in an older house
- Moving the toilet or shower drain
- Tile size and pattern
- Glass: fixed panel or door
- Heated floor and towel warmer
